WORK LIFE BALANCE…………
According
to Delecta(2011), work-life balance defined as “an individual ability to meet their work and family commitments as well
as other non-work responsibilities and activities”.Delecta.P(2011)
This
is one of the famous topics among workforce all over the world since people
have to interact with various parties within a limited time frame and to
perform activities as other than their jobs.
People
have to maintain the balance between the roles they play in their work life as well
as in family life, with minimum conflicts. The balance point of work life and
family life is varying from person to person, since some are “working to live”
while some are “living to work”. In the current scenario, most of the employees
spend more time in their work places and they have less time to concentrate on
their family/ social lives.
