WORK LIFE BALANCE…………

According to Delecta(2011), work-life balance defined as “ an individual ability to meet their work and family commitments as well as other non-work responsibilities and activities ”.Delecta.P(2011) This is one of the famous topics among workforce all over the world since people have to interact with various parties within a limited time frame and to perform activities as other than their jobs. People have to maintain the balance between the roles they play in their work life as well as in family life, with minimum conflicts. The balance point of work life and family life is varying from person to person, since some are “working to live” while some are “living to work”. In the current scenario, most of the employees spend more time in their work places and they have less time to concentrate on their family/ social lives.
